This week, Sarah and Julie discuss the power of pie. They were happy to catch a screening of the independent film, Waitress, that included a Q&A with one of the film's producers, Michael Roiff, and actress Cheryl Hines. The girls discuss the tragedy that surrounds the movie because of the death of its writer/director Adrienne Shelly. A foundation has subsequently set up in her name to help up & coming female filmmakers. Sarah & Julie warn listeners that upon watching the movie, Waitress, one may find him or herself craving pie.
