Popular LA Podcast, Nontourage, Awarded for video sitcom "Almost There" at 2006 Vloggies

(San Francisco, CA-November 4, 2006) Nontourage took home two Viewers Choice Awards at the First Annual Vloggies on November 4, 2006 in San Francisco. Nontourage’s Julie Daman and Sarah Atwood received the Viewers Choice Award for Favorite Female Vlogger for their mini-sitcom Almost There. Racquel Roberts received the Viewers Choice Award for Best Original Music for her theme song to Almost There.

Written by Vloggie winners Sarah Atwood and Julie Daman, Almost There was created specifically for online and mobile viewing. Sarah Atwood stars in the series with Sandra DeNise and Clay Adams as young Hollywood not-so-hipsters living life behind Hollywood's glitz and glamour. Racquel Roberts wrote, performed and produced the theme song to Almost There. She has toured internationally with RENT and The Lion King and has appeared on Broadway in Hairspray. As a vocalist, she has performed with the Los Angeles bands Jim's Fault and Blonde Lemon Jefferson. She is currently producing a solo album.
