Hoping to one day accept an Oscar together, the girls devise a plan of how to get to the stage and thank everyone before the orchestra plays them off. They also share the little known celebrity secret that the best place to keep your awards is with your chips and beer. Discussing headshots, auditions, and disappointment in the industry, Sandy, Sarah, and Kate each offer their experiences as actors in LA. Kate reveals her belief that passion and perserverance are the keys to success in this town, but acquiring a good skill to help pay the bills while you wait for your next big role never hurt either.
